1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by The North Himalayas

In rare cases where The North Himalayas must cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety issues), a full refund will be issued.
Alternative dates or rescheduling options may be offered at the traveler’s discretion.

3. Partially Used Services

No refund will be provided for services not used during the tour, including hotel stays, sightseeing, meals, or transport.

4. Payment & Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.
Any bank transfer charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or personal emergencies.
